Saw it on Instagram. We’ll make it.
If you see a design on Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest, we can make it. If you don’t like it, give it back and we will remake it. Because we care about the customer being satisfied.
What we make to order
A lot of the work here is make-to-order. A haar from a screenshot. A pair of jhumkas that match a set you already have. A ring in your size. A mangalsutra with the pendant you like and a lighter chain. A baju band measured on the arm. A nath that has to sit with the haar.
It can be gold, diamond, or a gemstone ring. Maharashtrian, South Indian, antique, kundan, Italian-looking everyday pieces. Send the picture. Say what must stay and what can move. We will not invent a catalogue of “custom collections”. Custom means your reference, made here, seen at the counter.
Works for gold, rings, earrings, necklaces, bridal sets, mangalsutra, antique, Italian-looking daily pieces.
How a custom jewellery order usually goes
Message the store you already use. A cropped story is enough. They confirm the karat, the stones, the size and a date. You do not need a CAD file. You do not need a brief written like an agency. You need a picture and a clear sentence about the fall, the height, the screw, the length.
You see the piece at the counter. If you don’t like it, give it back and we will remake it. We try to do what is right for the customer at that point, rather than talk you into keeping something that sits wrong. That remake is the point of this page. It is not a slogan for a banner.
Longer version: how a remake runs. We will not publish a making charge or a number of days here. The person at the counter will tell you for that piece. Do not leave a wedding set to the week of the function if the reference is complicated.
What to send in the screenshot
The whole piece, not a cropped sparkle. A second picture of the back if you care about the lock or the screw. A note on length — office, wedding, under a collar. A note on size if it is a ring, a kada, or a baju band. If you already own a matching piece, photograph that too.
Say what can change. A pendant can move if the chain must stay light. A setting can move if the stone is fixed by a kundali note. A tikka can be made to match a haar that is already on the table. The more you say now, the less we guess later.
We do not sell online. WhatsApp is how most of these start. Then you still come in. A haar has to be worn. A ring has to be sized on the finger. A baju band has to close on the arm.
Gold custom work and diamond custom work
Gold work goes to the Narenkumar counters. Hallmark 916. Same QC as the rest of the tray. Stamp, clasp, finish. If the reference is temple or antique, say so. If it is Italian-looking and light, say so. Those are different sittings.
Diamond-first pieces and gemstone trials go to Kundali. Certified diamonds only. Branded gemstone rings. The seven-day stone trial is a Kundali sitting, not a promise about every custom ring. Sonia P. mentioned the trial on Google. Ask Himmatji or Ankitji how it works for the piece you want.
How a finished piece is checked is on hallmark and QC. After you take it home: jewellery care.
When people use custom work
A wedding set the tray does not have. A chain in a length that is not in the box this week. A pair that has to match jewellery bought years ago. A ring in a size the tray skipped. A mangalsutra remake that keeps the old pendant. A design someone saved at midnight and still wants in the morning.
We think long term. We are customer first. Most staff have stayed over 10 years, so the person who took the first screenshot is often the person who hands you the piece. That is why the remake promise is possible. It is the same face, not a ticket number in a queue.
Which counter to message
Gold work at Bhayandar. Phoolji and Yogeshji. The first counter, since 1992. A lot of family remakes still start here.
Mira Road. Gopalji and Ramji. Everyday gold and wedding work. Vindesh Maurya wrote that we make custom design with details. That is this counter as much as any other.
Diamond-first pieces and gemstone trials at Kundali, next to Thunga. Himmatji and Ankitji.
Kandivali is last. Vijay and Mahendra at Thakur Village. Gold, bridal, custom. The smallest showroom. People also come here from Borivali, Malad and Dahisar. Message the store you already use. You do not need all four.
