Hallmark gold. Named people at the counter. A remake if the piece sits wrong. No cart on the website. Four doors, not a chain of identical rooms. Bhayandar still closes later. Kundali is still the diamond store. Kandivali is still the smallest. Italian jewellery, mangalsutra, readymade gemstone rings, antique work and make-to-order are still the specialties.

If you see a design on Instagram, we make it. If you do not like it, we remake it. Because we care about the customer being satisfied. That sentence is how Nishank puts it, and it is how the counters work. Reviews on Google say the same thing in their own spelling: three generations, three decades, twenty years, custom design with details.

We will not invent gold rates here. We will not invent collection names. We will not open a Dahisar or Borivali page. The four showrooms are the four showrooms. Start where your family already goes.

How Narenkumar Jewellers started in Bhayandar

Narendra Jain opened the first counter on Talao Road in 1992. People have been trusting these stores for generations. About 34 years now. Three generations of certain families have been buying gold from us. People who bought bangles that year now bring their children, and then their grandchildren. That is the only history that matters on this page. We will not invent a myth around it.

The firm grew as the families grew. Mira Road, on Queens Park, behind Deepak Hospital. Kundali Jewels, the diamond-first room next to Thunga. Kandivali, the smallest showroom, at Viceroy Court in Thakur Village. Four doors. One way of sitting. Challengers Tower is the registered office, not a fifth counter.

Staff who stayed over 10 years

We are not a super large store with hundreds of staff who keep changing. Most staff have stayed over 10 years. When a customer comes back they often find people they know, so we recognise them and the service is personal. Phoolji and Yogeshji in Bhayandar. Gopalji and Ramji in Mira Road. Himmatji and Ankitji at Kundali. Vijay and Mahendra in Kandivali.

Reviews name other faces too — Vandana, Dilip, Ganeshji, Tarun, Bharat, Kishan, Hitesh, Lalit, Dimple, Ankit, Sonal. The point is not a staff list. The point is that the counter does not reset every season. Sandip Kadam wrote that after 20 years the kindness and service have not changed. That is the work we are trying to keep.

Customer first, long term

What separates us is the quality of service and the personalization. We are customer first. We think long term. We try to do what is right for the customer at that point, rather than sell them something today. If you see a design on Instagram, we can make it. If you don’t like it, give it back and we will remake it. Because we care about the customer being satisfied.

We sit in the middle: not very small, not very large. Personalised service, and also the SOPs and QC that very large stores do, which family showrooms often skip. Hallmark gold. Certified diamonds. Branded gemstone rings. That is normal now, not a boast. The longer check is on hallmark and QC.

Four showrooms, one family of counters

Start where your family already goes. Bhayandar is the original gold counter. Mira Road is everyday gold on Queens Park. Kundali is diamonds and gemstones. Kandivali is last, and the smallest. People also come to Kandivali from Borivali, Malad and Dahisar. We do not sell online. Walk in before closing.
