Gold watches we sell at the Narenkumar counters. Hallmark on the gold. Same check as the rest of the tray. We do not list models or prices here. A message to the store you use will tell you what is sitting in the case today. Stock moves. We do not sell online.

Whatever is in this week. No watch photograph on the site yet as a product shot. The case is in the showroom. Ask before you travel. We will not invent a catalogue of brands or a “starting at” line. The person at the counter will tell you what is in front of you.

Sometimes a watch sitting is also a chain sitting, or a kada sitting. Everyday gold is gold jewellery. How a piece is checked is hallmark and QC.

When people buy a gold watch

A gift. Everyday. Sometimes with a chain or a kada from the same visit. A retirement piece. A first gold watch. We try to do what is right for the customer at that point. If the case is empty of what they want, we will say so. We will not talk them into a chain because the watch they pictured is not in this week.

If you saw a watch on Instagram and want that language in gold, message the store. They will tell you whether they can make it or whether the case has something close. If we make it and you don’t like it, give it back and we will remake it. Custom.

How a gold watch is checked

Hallmark on the gold. Same QC as the rest of the tray. Stamp against the ticket. Finish. We will not pretend a watch is a jewellery chain. Ask what is hallmarked and what is the movement. The person at the counter will be plain. After you take it home, treat the gold as gold — soft cloth, no chlorine — and treat the watch as a watch. Jewellery care.

Which showroom for gold watches

Bhayandar — Phoolji and Yogeshji. Ask what is in the case. Mira Road — Gopalji and Ramji. Same question, same day.

Kundali is the diamond room. For a gold watch they will send you to Narenkumar on the same road. Kandivali is last. Vijay and Mahendra. People also come here from Borivali, Malad and Dahisar. Message before you travel. The case changes.

Gold watches are not a catalogue on this site. The case changes. A piece that was in Bhayandar on Monday may not be there on Thursday. Message Phoolji, Gopalji or Vijay. They will tell you what is sitting today. We will not list brands, models or prices here. We do not sell online. Walk in if you want to see the case. Message if you are crossing the city for one watch.

Sometimes the sitting is a gift and the family is not sure whether they want a watch, a chain, or a kada. That is a real conversation at the counter. We try to do what is right for the customer at that point. We will not talk you into a watch because the chain tray is thin, or into a chain because the case is empty.

How a visit usually goes

Walk in before closing. Bhayandar closes 9:30 PM. Mira Road, Kundali and Kandivali close 9 PM. Say what you want. They open the tray. You try the weight or the size. They show the hallmark or the certificate. If the piece is not there, they take a photograph and a date. If you do not like the finished work, give it back and we remake it.

We are customer first. We think long term. People have been trusting these stores for generations. Since 1992, about 34 years. Most staff have stayed over 10 years. We do not sell online. We do not publish gold rates, making charges or buyback percentages. Exchange is discussed at the counter, in general terms, on the piece in front of you.

Message the store you already use if you are travelling across the city for one size or one length. A cropped story from Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest is enough to start.
