Ask for Phoolji or Yogeshji. Reviews also name Vandana, Dilip, Ganeshji and Yogesh. Most of them have stayed over 10 years, so when you come back they often know you. That is the point of a mid-size family showroom. We are not a super large store with hundreds of staff who keep changing.

What a sitting looks like

Walk in before 9:30 PM. This counter closes later than Mira Road, Kundali and Kandivali. Say what you want. They open the tray and tell you the weight. They show the hallmark. If the piece is not there, they take a screenshot from Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest and a date. If you do not like the finished work, give it back and we remake it.

Walk in before 9:30 PM. Say what you want. They open the tray. You try the weight. They show the hallmark. If the piece is not there, they take the photograph and a date. If you don’t like the finished work, give it back and we will remake it. Because we care about the customer being satisfied.
