A necklace set often includes earrings. If you are sitting for a haar, try the pair with the necklace in the room. When people buy earrings

Everyday. A wedding, usually with the haar. Office. A gift. When the old pair’s screw has worn. A first pair of diamond studs. A replacement when a back is lost. We try to do what is right for the customer at that point. A bridal jhumka sitting is not a Tuesday stud sitting. We will not mix the two speeches.

How earrings are checked

Hallmark on gold. Certificate on diamonds. Posts, screws and locks get checked. A loose stone in a jhumka does not leave. All jewellery passes strict QC. We are in the middle: personalised service, and also the checks that very large stores do, which family showrooms often skip. How a piece is checked.

After you take them home, wipe off perfume and hair spray. Store the pair together so a back is not lost in a shared box. Bring a worn screw back before a function morning. Jewellery care.

Most weeks the earring tray is daily studs and light pairs, not bridal jhumkas. Office jewellery. A pair that does not pull. Italian-looking pairs when they are in. Then a wedding week arrives and the jhumka tray opens, and the pair has to sit with the haar. Those are different sittings. We will not mix them. If you came for studs, you get studs. If you came for a wedding pair, you get the jhumkas tried with the necklace.

Screws wear. Backs get lost. That is a large part of the return work. Bring the remaining piece. They will match it, or remake the pair. We do not invent a “repair menu” on this site. How a visit usually goes

Walk in before closing. Bhayandar closes 9:30 PM. Mira Road, Kundali and Kandivali close 9 PM. Say what you want. They open the tray. You try the weight or the size. They show the hallmark or the certificate. If the piece is not there, they take a photograph and a date. If you do not like the finished work, give it back and we remake it.
