A nose pin is the small daily piece. A nath is the larger bridal one, the one that has to sit with the haar and the maang tikka. Both are hallmark gold. Screw or hoop, depending on what you already wear. We will not sell you a bridal nath if you came for a daily pin. The other way is also true.

A wedding nath is usually picked with bridal jewellery, a necklace, and a maang tikka. Try them together. A nath that looks right on a phone can sit wrong on a real face next to a haar.

When people buy a nose pin or nath

Everyday, the small pin. A wedding, the nath. A replacement when a screw has worn. A first pin. A shape the family already wears. We try to do what is right for the customer at that point. We do not invent a “nath collection” price on this page.

How a nath is checked

Hallmark gold. The screw or the hoop gets checked. Finish. If it is part of a wedding set, they will look at how it sits with the haar, not only how it looks in a box. All jewellery passes strict QC. How a piece is checked. After you take it home, keep the back or the hoop where you will find it. Bring a worn screw back before a function morning. Jewellery care.

Kundali is diamond-first. A diamond nath sitting can start there. A full gold nath sitting stays at Narenkumar. Kandivali is last. Vijay and Mahendra. People also come here from Borivali, Malad and Dahisar. Message if you want a shape pulled before you travel.

Maharashtrian families still ask for the nath at Bhayandar more than at any other door. That is history, not a rule. Mira Road and Kandivali keep the same gold. Ask. They will open the tray.

Stock is small. Shapes move. We do not photograph every nath for this website. If you have a shape the family already wears, bring a picture or the old piece. They will match the curve and the screw or the hoop. If you don’t like the new one, give it back and we will remake it. We try to do what is right for the customer at that point.

Hallmark gold. Same QC as the rest of the tray. Most staff have stayed over 10 years, so a worn screw often comes back to the same person who sold the first pin. We do not sell online. A nath has to be tried. Do not buy it from a filter and collect it on the morning of the wedding.

How a visit usually goes

Walk in before closing. Bhayandar closes 9:30 PM. Mira Road, Kundali and Kandivali close 9 PM. Say what you want. They open the tray. You try the weight or the size. They show the hallmark or the certificate. If the piece is not there, they take a photograph and a date. If you do not like the finished work, give it back and we remake it.

We are customer first. We think long term. People have been trusting these stores for generations. Since 1992, about 34 years. Most staff have stayed over 10 years. We do not sell online. We do not publish gold rates, making charges or buyback percentages. Exchange is discussed at the counter, in general terms, on the piece in front of you.

Message the store you already use if you are travelling across the city for one size or one length. A cropped story from Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest is enough to start.
