How it is checked

Certificate on the diamonds. Setting and symmetry get checked before the piece leaves. All jewellery passes strict QC. If you see a design on Instagram, we can make it. If you don’t like it, give it back and we will remake it. Staff have stayed over 10 years, so the person who sold the engagement ring is often still there for the studs.

We do not publish diamond prices or making charges here. Exchange, if it comes up, is discussed at the counter in general terms.

Everyday diamonds, not only engagement rings

A lot of the diamond work is small. Studs for the office. A pendant on a light chain. A men’s ring. That is closer to Italian everyday wear than to a bridal haar. The metal may be gold or white. The stone is still certified. The cut still has to shine under the light at Holy Complex.

A wedding sitting that is diamond-first is the long appointment: necklace set, earrings, sometimes a bracelet, tried together. Gold bridal stays at Narenkumar. Families often do both in the same week — haar on Talao Road or at Upvan, diamonds next to Thunga.

If you only have a photograph, send it. We make it. If the setting sits high or the pair does not match, give it back. We remake it. That is the same promise as the gold counters.

We will not force a diamond sitting onto a family that came for a temple haar. The other way is also true. If you came for diamonds, you get the diamond room. How diamonds are checked, and custom from a photo

Certificate first. Then setting and symmetry. Prongs and claws. A stone that rocks does not go in the tray. All jewellery passes strict QC. We are in the middle: personalised service, and also the checks that very large stores do, which family showrooms often skip. The longer version is on hallmark and QC.
